- Shipping: Shipping rates vary depending on the size and weight of the item. Live animals are shipped via overnight delivery to minimize stress. Shipping days are typically Monday-Thursday.
4. Live Arrival Guarantee
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy: We offer a 4-hour DOA policy for live fish and invertebrates. To claim a DOA refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 4 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the unopened bag and the deceased fish.
- DO NOT discard the fish until instructed.
Refunds or replacements are subject to review, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
